Pigmented deposition anterior to Schwalbe's Line

Signs
Gonioscopically, Schwalbe's line has a pigmented
appearance as opposed to its general white color
Often associated with an unusual amount of pigment in TM

Causes
Idiopathic
Pigment Dispersion Syndrome
Pseduoexfoliation/Exfoliation Syndrome

No Treatment Necessary.  Monitor for glaucomatous changes.
